Alfred Hitchcock’s 1955 adaptation of David Dodge’s novel about a retired jewel thief (Cary Grant) who falls for a wealthy widow’s daughter (Grace Kelly), this film was the final work between Kelly and Hitchcock after their successful partnership in Dial M for Murder and Rear Window. They leave on a high note with some of Kelly’s best work as an actress including doing her own driving stunts during a high-speed chase sequence.
